Tamworth – An eight acre freehold site bought from Tamworth Borough Council in November 2006.  The 42,000 sq ft fitted health and fitness centre is now let and planning consent has been granted for a 6,000 sq ft bar/restaurant.  Planning consent has also been granted for 120 bed hotel which will be operated under the Express by Holiday Inn brand and has now been sold.

Kingston Town Centre – purchased 50% of 3 NHP Group companies which own 3 significant sites:
a) Riverside site - planning application submitted for 243 apartments.
b) Skerne Rd site - planning consent exists to create 191 apartments. A substitute application has been submitted for 146 apartments and 150 bed hotel.
c) Vicarage Rd/Wood Street - planning consent exists for the redevelopment of this site of a 225 bed student hall of residence.

North Cheam; London Road – development has just completed to create a 10 court 5-a-side soccer centre with a club house let to Goals Soccer Centres plc; a 5,500 sq ft children's nursery let to Kidsunlimited; and a 9,000 sq ft club house and garden let to Clubs2004.
